HYUGA HINATA fan art.. T_T'

I HAVE LOST THE WILL TO FINISH THIS FANART.. (T_T) i don't know if it sucks or whatever.. but i like it.. it has been sitting on my drawing book for 6 months and i haven't done anything new.. i wonder what's wrong with me? it's like highschool.. i frequently stop for 6 months.. then draw.. then stop again.. grrr.. i hate the mood swings.. i'll never get better at this rate.. but then again.. i'm not a fine arts major.. i'm an engineering major.. so i guess it's alright.. right?? right??
